Sytec AI LLC ("SyTec", "we", "us") runs sytecai.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use Check Your Market or the contact form: your name, practice or firm, website, email, phone, city, specialty and your message.
- What you buy. When you order from the shop: your name, email, billing address, what you bought and your order history. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. They never touch our servers.
- Your account. Checkout creates a customer account so you can see orders, subscriptions and downloads.
- Technical data. Our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To answer you, run the market check you asked for, and deliver what you bought.
- To send receipts, service emails and, if you're a partner, your monthly partner report.
- To keep the site secure and working.
A partner reads every request. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish anything about you or your practice without your approval.
Where it's kept, and who helps us
Form entries and our contact list are stored in our own WordPress site, not in a third-party CRM. We use a small number of service providers to run it: our web host, Stripe for payments, and an email delivery service for the messages the site sends. They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we work together and as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. Email group@sytecai.com and a partner will handle it.
