These terms apply when you use sytecai.com or buy from Sytec AI LLC ("SyTec", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
What we do
SyTec works as an embedded marketing department for expert-led local businesses: press features in our publications (Dental Implant Magazine, Local Experts Magazine and Legal Leaders Journal), search and AI-answer visibility, front-desk support, ads and site builds. The exact deliverables, timelines and fees for ongoing work are set out in your service agreement or on the product page at checkout.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel from your account or by emailing us, and cancellation stops future renewals.
- Refunds and cancellation terms for services are set out in your service agreement or at checkout.
- While the shop shows sample products, checkout runs in test mode and no real charge is made.
Our publications
Features in our publications are editorial. Publication follows a recommendation from a published professional or an editorial review, and we don't publish a feature, or anything else about you, without your approval. Buying a Cover Story Feature reserves your interview. It doesn't buy a guaranteed placement or favourable coverage.
No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI platforms change constantly and decide for themselves what they show. We can't guarantee specific rankings, citations, mentions in AI answers, leads or revenue.
Your content and ours
Content we create for you becomes yours once it's paid for. Our own frameworks, tools, templates and methods stay ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. You confirm you have the right to any material you send us, such as photos, logos and credentials.
Professional rules
You remain responsible for complying with the rules of your profession. We check advertising copy against each profession's rules before it runs, but that isn't legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 30 days before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
